The Sugar Suite

Jennyfer (owner) was awesome! I contacted her through her website and I was emailed back within a few hours. We met up with her a few weeks later and just fell in love with her and her food! Her tasting she set up for us was by far the best cakes we have had during our search for a vendor. Light, not too sweet, but yet just enough to satisfy the pallet. We created a cake - I only saw it on paper and I liked how it was supposed to look. Total process from the day I emailed her to the day of the wedding - about 3 months total. Day of - WOW! The cake was GORGEOUS! Cost - Worth the money in my opinion! Everyone raved about our cake at the wedding! A huge thank you for everything! I'll be coming by for some yummy cupcakes and cakes for other things in the future for sure!

Jennyfer at the Sugar Suite was so easy to work with! We had one meeting where I was able to taste several flavors as cupcakes (which I also brought home to my husband), and discuss ideas. The next week I had a proposal with a perfect sketch! She also helped suggest a few sites for finding a great personalized cake stand, and was so accommodating with our flavor request. The cake became the centerpiece for our king's table and it was perfection - both delicious and beautiful!

We loved our cake. Its been a month since our wedding and we still want more cake. Thanks Jennyfer and your team, it was beautiful and delicious. We ordered cupcakes, and was shocked at the priced (a litttle expensive considering we were ordering cupcakes) however the taste was way worth the price and like I said.... we want more cake!!

Jennyfer did an amazing job. We used her for the wedding cake, grooms cake and our wedding favors. The grooms cake was a mini Baldwin piano and it came out identical to my husbands at home. She also created these mini pies for our favors and I must say after the wedding I have had numerous people ask were I got those mini pies from- people just loved them! The cake turned out amazing and delicious. She listened to what I wanted and created exactly what I imagined. The salted caramel and chocolate was a huge hit for cake flavor! I highly recommend Sugar Suite!

Jennyfer does amazing wedding cakes!! It was moist and good and everyone LOVED my cake. The only disappointment was that I ordered Red Velvet and received Amaretto. I still give Jennyfer 5 out of 5 because of her professionalism and in her immediate response to rectify the error. She was sincerely apologetic and went above and beyond to give me extras to make up for the error. The cake was BEAUTIFUL and the service amazing would highly recommend!

This place is simply amazing! Jennyfer designed a beautiful cakefor us and all of our guests absolutely loved eating it!!! It was only gorgeous on the outside, everyone raved about how great it tasted! She also made our cupcakes for our guests to take home. Our guests started eating these earlier and then searched around for extras!!!! Thank you so much Jennyfer!!!

I recenty got married, and since I live in another city from where my wedding was to be, my mom went to a vendor wedding crawl for me, which is when I first heard of Sugar Suite. My mom was impressed right away with the samples, and with Jennyfer Mancuso, the owner of Sugar Suite. When I came to town and saw for myself, I quickly saw the same quality that my mother had seen. Jennyfer was terrifice - she returned all my calls and emails promptly, was willing to work with us on our budget, and the end product was amazingly beautiful AND delicious. I couldn't be happier and would recommend Sugar Suite to any bride!

Jennyfer at the Sugar Suite and her team made my groom's cake, and let me tell you, IT WAS SO AMAZING!!!!! Her work is beyond unbelievable!!!! She is so talented and so good at what she does. She was so easy to work with, so professional, and she made my cake EXACTLY how I wanted it. The cake actually took my husband's breath away, because it was so amazing and tasted unbelievable. Thanks so much to the Sugar Suite for creating my vision for the best groom's cake ever!!!!

The Sugar Suite exceeded my expectations for my wedding cake. After our initial cake tasting, I knew right away who would be making our cake. Jennyfer is very sweet and strives to please her clients. I have never tasted buttercream like the way the Sugar Suite makes it. We ordered the amaretto. Our guests LOVED the cake. Everyone commented that they have never tasted a wedding cake like this. We had extra to send home with guests. Most of them had more the next morning. My husband and I cannot wait to sample the top tier of our cake which is chocolate. We will save a small piece for our 1 year anniversary. If you're looking for a tasty, beautiful cake I recommend scheduling a taste test. You won't be disappointed!

We had our cake done by The Sugar Suite and it turned out great! Jennyfer was such a pleasure to work with. The tasting was really fun and all of the flavors are so delicious. She was very responsive and open to all of our ideas and suggestions. We also got mini desserts (cupcakes and key lime pies) to go on our dessert bar and they were such a hit! People are still talking about the desserts - even weeks after our event! I would definitely recommend using The Sugar Suite :)

Jennyfer did such an amazing job with our wedding cake. In fact, it looked and tasted better than I imagined. She's so detail-oriented, creative and her prices are very reasonable. I can't wait to order our one-year anniversary cake!

I looked at tons of pictures of cakes not really sure what I wanted when someone recommended Jennyfer to me. After going on her website I found a picture up of a cake I fell in love with and I wanted a colorful variation of that one. When I met with her I was a little nervous that she didn't have the same picture I had in my head about what I wanted my cake to look like, but her prices were reasonable and I was over meeting with vendors at that point in my planning. On the day of my wedding I was BLOWN AWAY by the cake she delivered. It was exactly what I wanted but better! She gave me a gorgeous, 4 tiered, work of art. Everything about it was beyond perfect. My only complaint was the flavors of the cake, while good, could of been bolder. I ordered chocolate with peanut butter filling and I wished it tasted more like peanut butter. It was moist and yummy though :-). I definitely would hire her again and the cake was one of the things I was most proud of for the whole wedding, it was just beautiful.

The Sugar Suite (Jennyfer) was great to work with and lots of fun to design my cake with. She really listened to my desires and designed the perfect cake for us. And she delivered on the flavors! We made a special request, which was fulfilled and our guests raved about the cake. So much so that they wanted more and tried to cut our top layer! OMG was our cake amazing. working with jennyfer was great! her design and taste was just mind blowing. we gave her our cake toppers( our cars in a model form) and she put them on top ina way that the cake was beautiful for a beach theme. i would totally reccommend her over any of the other pastry shops. they just want your business and The Sugar Suite just wants to make you happy. way to go jennyfer from Jeep and Mini

Jennyfer did a FABULOUS job with our wedding cake! After meeting with many bakery's and doing quite a few tastings, we met with her. After meeting, we knew our search was over. She took the time to sketch out an amazing cake for us (color and all!) that ended up being EXACTLY what we wanted. (Just a side note, NONE of the other bakers that we met sketched out a cake for us). In going in for our initial meeting, we had pictures of some cakes that we loved, but we didn't exactly know how to tie it into one coherent cake. We had a sketch of our dream cake within the week, and it was absolutely amazing. She worked closely with us to fit everything into our budget. Jennyfer was quick to respond and always made sure to listen to our requests. On the day of the wedding, I was so caught up in everything that was going on that I forgot how excited I had been for months about seeing the cake. When I caught a glimpse of it, I shreeked with excitement! I dragged people mid-dinner to come look at her beautiful creation, and I was so sad when it was time to cut it! Well, it was bitter-sweet really...sad to destroy her gorgeous artwork, but extremely excited to eat it! Jennyfer is young and full of ideas, and I highly recommend her to everyone looking for an amazing baker! She not only makes cakes, but she makes the cutest side desserts as well. Brace yourselves though...when it's time for your tasting, your taste-buds will be tingling with joy! Every single flavor is made to perfection. I don't know how she does it, but we were so elated with the final product. Thank you so much Jennyfer!

Jennyfer was wonderful to work with!!! She made us a small wedding cake as well as many mini desserts for our guests. We had mini cupcakes (red velvet, tiramisu, and amaretto), mini apple pies, and mini raspberry cheesecakes. They were fabulous!!!!! Our guest kept coming up to us and asking about the desserts! And the cake was incredible! I was so happy to have found the Sugar Suite!

Absolutely AMAZING! Not only does Jennyfer make gorgeous cakes, they are delicious too! We have received more compliments about our cake than anything else! Jennyfer created the most amazing masterpiece for our wedding. A gorgeous 5 tier delicious cake that was showcased infront of a window to a botanical garden. She worked with me to get exactly what I wanted and set my mind at ease. It was my absolute favorite part of the whole wedding experience- so easy and so amazing :) :) :)

2 months later, guests are still asking about our cake and we're still wishing we had eaten more of it that night! Jennyfer was wonderful to work with and had great ideas for both our wedding cake and our Pittsburgh Penguins-themed grooms cake. For our first consultation, I brought pictures of a few cakes I liked and our save-the-date. She came back with 3 gorgeous designs, and I sort of wanted to have 3 cakes because each one was right on. (She also never let us leave without cupcakes, and made up a batch of peanut butter frosting just for my husband!) Everything was beautiful, and more importantly, absolutely delicious. I'm so glad we found Jen -- she'll be our go-to cake baker for a long time!
