The Flower Lady

Donna was an amazing florist! From our very first conversation she made me feel confident that she was very competent. She was amazing at providing ideas that were cost effective and meticulous in executing my vision!

Just wanted to share my experience working with Donna Maddox. Walking into the reception and seeing your beautiful creations was overwhelming! Eric and I are so amazed at how you were able to create exactly what we envisioned for our wedding with so little direction. I was so HAPPY with my bouquet! It was so different, beautiful and had that "fresh from the garden" look!! The centerpieces popped and were a dramatic contrast from the black tableclothes! We just can't say thank you enough for making our special day so beautiful! You and your daughter are so talented! :-) We cannot thank you enough! You made the entire process so easy and stressfree. I wish we would've had the opportunity to meet - so I could give you a big hug in person!! We will definitely be recommending you in the future!

Donna is amazing! We first met with her and her husband Don months before our wedding. We went over all the details of the wedding and the reception and I gave her some ideas of what I was looking for and what we didn't like. After that, we just let her work her magic and everything came out perfect. Everyone loved the centerpieces and the bouquets were exactly what I had envisioned. She delivered everything and set it all up as well.

Don't look any further, have Donna take care of all your flower needs. Coming from Canada, I only met Donna about 2 weeks before the wedding (if that), but it didn't matter, she was able to accomplish exactly what I wanted via pictures and phone conversations. The flowers were BEAUTIFUL and I am still receiving compliments on them. I cannot thank Donna enough, as the flowers were more than I could have ever imagined. Thank-you again!!!!!

Donna was able to take my ideas and make them into her own! I had no ideas what I wanted and she was able to come up with a centerpiece and flowers that I was truly happy with! I never had the pleasure of meeting her due to me being out of town but she was always available thru email and only a phone call away! Thanks Donna for doing a fantastic job!! Amazing, and on top of her game!! Donna, I cannot thank you enough for making sure that our flowers and decor was very beautiful! From initial conversation, I knew that you were someone I could trust with this task. Ladies, my mother still has her wedding dress and headpiece from 48 years ago. For my "something old" I thought it would be special to incorporate a piece of her veil in my bouquet. I gave it to Donna and she worked her magic. My mother was sooooo proud and beamed when she saw it!!!! As Donna is The Flower Lady, I wanted her to use her creativity and didn't restrict her. All I did was give her an idea of what I liked and left the rest to her. I cannot thank you enough for the awesome job that you did for us. Your passion definitely shines in your work!!

You worked with me so patiently and listened so attentive to what I wanted. I had so many guest compliment me on the flowers. Donna was amazing! She responded to my email inquiry within 5 minutes and did not try to sell me on anything else other than what I wanted (orquids). I went to some other places and they just weren't getting what we wanted!!! By choice, due to being busy with all the preparations and distance, we never met in person...but our communication was EXCELLENT! We did everything via phone and email and her response time was great! She sent me emails confirming payments, and called me a few days before the wedding to confirm final details.Our flowers were beautiful!!! I told her that orchids made me happy, and her arrangements just made my day at our wedding!Thank you Donna!!! You are GREAT!

I told her what colors I wanted and my style, "simple yet elegant", and she made it happen above and beyond my expectations!! From the decor, boqeut's, to the cake, Donna set the most beautiful ambiance! I never imagined it would turn out so beautiful on such a tight budget and short notice! Donna is a dear friend and when my fiance and I got engaged I knew she was the first person I was going to approach for our flowers. I have been to numerous weddings Donna worked with and have seen lots of her beautiful work. For our wedding I didn't have specific flowers in mind but more of a color palate. I gave her the colors and a few other details and she took care of the rest. We loved all of our flowers and especially adored having Donna be apart of our special day. She is lovely, funny,accommodating, patient, etc. Not only will you have beautiful flowers but you will be blessed with her friendship.

My flowers were absolutely gorgeous!!! They were exactly what I wanted, and I had some odd requests. Donna was able to fulfull an old custom for me where each flower of the bride's bouquet spelled the groom's name. Though she had trouble finding exotic-looking flowers that worked, she searched and searched, and I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful bouquet. She also did small bouquets for the mothers, instead of wrist corsages, which I loved. She was so great to work with; cheerful, professional, and punctual!! Plus my flowers came in under budget!! She was the sweetest "vendor" I dealt with while planning my wedding. Definately go with the Flower Lady. You won't be sorry!

Donna did a wonderful job with the flowers for my wedding. She helped me make good choices that fit the style of my wedding, and my budget! She went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect and I didn't have to stress out about it. She even surprised me by decorating my cake (that would have otherwise been very plain) with beautiful white roses! It was simple and classy, just like I wanted :)

Donna was very flexible and willing to work with my husband (fiance at the time:0) and I's crazy schedules!! I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted so Donna showed me many photos and ideas that resembled what I was dreaming and the she made it a beautiful reality!! I loved that I didnt have to know exactly what I wanted and she was able to use her gifts and talents to fill in my gaps and make our wedding more beautiful than I could have imagined!!

How about a Mardi Gras Themed Reception? What would you do with that?..... First Wedding in a city Park on the water - beautifully decorated arbor - Bride wants Red Roses & must have Bells of Ireland (cause she's Irish of course!) The Column pieces "OUTSTANDING"!. But what!? Fresh Gardenia's in the brides bouquet!? Not a problem we'll use the ones from the bushes in her yard (spray them with hairspray and they won't turn brown- who knew?) YOU.... OMG we have to decorate an athletic hall to look like Mardi Gras for 100+ guests!! Beautiful topiairies at each table with yellow & red roses, gold, red & purple accents in lavender clay-pot with purple ribbons.... purple candles, green table cloths with gold accents. Masks - Beads, Jambalaya & Zydeco! This must have been by far your biggest challenge and you made it look so beautiful - so easy. I remember it all as if it was yesterday, I have tears (of joy) while writing this. Who else could have pulled this off? Only you Donna!! You ROCK! Forever Grateful. I was extremely pleased with my wedding flowers and decor! I had an out of town wedding and was only able to send picutres of my ideas. Not only did I get what I asked for but she went above and beyond with creativity. Thank you so much for making my day really stress free and gorgeous!

My wedding was long ago and my flowers were awesome. Just what I wanted and she even planned it from 180 miles away.I have since seen many more wedding's and other occasions she has done and I'm impressed. She can come up with ideas that amaze me and I love how she can go out in the yard and gather greenery for arranging. I thought she was a good designer for a wedding until I saw the first funeral pieces she did.It had better been good as it my mother's funeral. My moms's name is Ann and leave it to Donna to come up with Anna roses for her pieces. The Rosary is one of my favorites and can be for more than one occasion. I am blessed to have such a great talented and loving friend neighbor and sister as a florist. She loves the Lord too and Ally.

I loved my wedding flowers so much that while on our honeymoon in St. Lucia I actually called Donna to tell her again how beautiful everything was. I had stargazer lilies and hot pink roses for my theme. Our venue was at The Peabody Hotel in Orlando, Fl. Her prices and talent go beyond everyday expectations.Donna, I just want you to know. I picked you for my Wedding Florist because of your ease and how you made everything go so smoothly with my flower decor.I remember you showing up on sight with extra flowers "just in case" I forgot a corsage or boutonierre.Thanks again.
