Stoneybrook West Golf Club

Stoneybrook West & their staff made my wedding a dream come true. From the moment of the initial consultation to the very end they provided exceptional customer service. They were always prompt to answer my questions and were very attentative throughout the process. On our wedding event they were there throughout every transition to ensure that everything was running smoothly. I had both my ceremony and reception there. The location is just perfect for a wedding!! Food was great, the ambience was just incredible. And we were able to make it all happen under a very strict budget. A big thanks to Katie & Mark at Stoneybrook. You guys ROCK!!

I could not have imagined a more perfect venue and cooperation from all members of staff! From day one Katie and the staff were incredible at making my day perfect. It was the most fun I have ever had in my life and I would recommend them to anyone!

Stoneybrook West was the perfect place for our wedding and reception! We were so happy with how things turned out. The ceremony site was beautiful and the reception was perfect. Everyone raved about the food as well! Katie, the Food and Beverage Manager, was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was more than willing to answer all of my questions in a timely manner and was easy going enough to go with the last minute changes I made! She also was great in helping to prepare the site on the day of the wedding. I didn't have a coordinator or wedding planner and I didn't regret that decision one bit! Katie and the staff of Stoneybrook West executed my vision perfectly of where I wanted things placed and how I wanted things arranged. They went above and beyond our expectations in making the day as smooth as possible for us!

I am so glad that we decided to go have our wedding at Stoneybrook West. Katie made everything so easy for me and my family. She was always available if I needed to ask questions. My husband and I live in Atlanta, and Katie was always willing to rework her schedule to meet with us when we were in town. On the day of the wedding, I didn't have to worry about a thing. Katie and her team took care of everything, and it was beautiful.

Stoneybrook West was a gorgeous venue for our wedding. I couldnt have imagined it taking place at a more beautiful location. Katie is the food & beverage manager at this site and she did an amazing job with our wedding. She was always very quick to respond to emails and kept in touch throughout the planning process and was there to answer any questions we had. On the day of the wedding, we had given the staff our decorations and they pulled it off and did an amazing job making the reception area look spectacular. The staff was also friendly and accomadating to my guests. I couldnt have asked for a better venue or experience. I would recommend Stoneybrook West Golf Club to anyone looking for an amazing place to get married.

I LOVED having my reception at the Stoneybrook West Golf Club. Besides the fact that the room was amazing as well as the view...the service was even better. Katie and her staff did an awesome job making my vision come to life. I was extremely pleased! I would recommend them to anyone...even my brother will be getting married there in November 2011! Stoneybrook West did a wonderful job for my reception, the food was great and the room looked amazing. The staff is extremely helpful and stayed in contact with me to help with anything I needed. I highly recommend this venue to any future brides they truly made our day more special.

This place was wonderful. We had guests tell us it was the best venue they've seen to date. I am so glad we chose this venue!

Where do I start.......Katie Repoff and her team at Stoneybrook West provided an incredible experience from the very beginning of our interaction with them through the final moments of the wedding itself. Katie was so easy to work with and provided assurance throughout the process. She over delivered what she promised and made our day so memorable by paying attention to every detail. The venue was fantastic, the food was so yummy and the staff such a pleasure to work with. As the groom, I was not aware of all the little details behind the scenes and have an incredible story to share. My mother was not feeling well the day of the wedding. Katie and her team were constantly assisting her, making sure she had a place to sit and relax when the venue was not fully set. They also made her a special bowl of chicken noodle soup to calm her stomach when she could not eat dinner. I was not aware of all these details until the next day. Many Thanks Katie and team. You guys took what could have been a very tough situation and treated my mother with incredible kindness and thought.

We had a great ceremony and reception at Stoneybook and looking back, I would definitely still have my wedding and reception there :) Katie and the staff did a great job setting everything up and it looked great! It was really great that they were able to take care of this for us too!! Katie definitely had a way to calm my nerves. The only suggestions I'd like to make are that for weddings that have the ceremony and reception at Stoneybrook, it would be beneficial for Stoneybrook to have a sign out front pointing guests to walk around the building to the ceremony location so they don't come inside the reception hall. We had a little mishap between the ushers still taking pre-ceremony photos and the Stoneybrook doors being open and guests were coming inside, saying hi to us and taking their seats at the reception prior to the ceremony. I am not sure if this is possible but it would also be nice to have a bride room and groom room for us to get ready in. The current setup is to use the bathrooms, which are really nice bathrooms but unfortunately, any golfers and guests are also using them and it made for a little bit of an awkward situation. One other note is that during the spring/summer months, since the sun stays up longer, keep in mind that the reception hall will have the sun shining in for a little while. All in all though, Stoneybrook West was able to give us a great place to have our wedding and reception and things ran smoothly. The food was great too! I would recommend Stoneybrook West for any future brides!
