Cyndi was extremely helpful in helping me answer questions I didn't think of. Very responsive as she would reply to emails super late at night. Cyndi was professional and kept the agenda moving along. She helped me fix all the small and big things.

Cyndi was absolutely invaluable to us. I could not have done it without her and she made everything smooth as if it were effortless. I know she worked very hard and it paid off! Erin was also very sweet and helpful. I will not hesitate to recommend them to everyone.

I have to be honest, I didn't think at first I needed a planner. But THANK GOD for Cyndi!! She sat down with me for HOURS and went over every detail of the wedding. Then she updated me regularly on things she was doing and things I needed to get done. On the day of the wedding, she had everything placed PERFECTLY and then packed everything up for us to easily transport out the next day. All the scheduling was timely due to Cyndi's direction and guests commented how smooth our wedding was and without any hang-ups! I can't thank Cyndi enough for setting my mind at ease and truly making my wedding happen the way I had always dreamed it would. She was very patient with all the wedding party and always had a smile on her face. She brought an assistant as well, Erin, who was also superb and extremely friendly! We had 230 guests and she really pulled it off-- thank you so much Cyndi!!!!

Cindy & her team were terrific!! She guided me throughout the whole process, from getting me a timeline on where I should have things ready by to offering me suggestions on vendors, without being pushy! I felt very comfortable asking her to do me favors, and when a situation arose she helped me solve it easily! She communicated with my in-laws family too and took care of their needs without me needing to worry about it! On the day of the wedding I was super relaxed knowing I was in good hands that would handle situations like I would! She wrapped up the event nicely and stayed till the very end so I could make sure I had everything I needed and what to take home. I definitely recommend using a wedding planner and definitely recommend Signature Wedding events!!

We worked with Cyndi Benzel and she was incredibly nice and professional throughout.
Having a wedding planner on the day of your event is an absolute must. I was taken care of the entire day, did not have to worry about anything, I just left it all up to Cyndi and the team and they took care of every last detail.
Even the wedding vendors said that they felt taken care of :)

I had no idea what to expect when Signature Weddings & Events, Inc were assigned to us as part of our package with the Gaylord Palms Hotel and Resort in Kissimmee, Florida. Cindy, from the first contact to the final one,went well beyond all my expectations. She was right there with the list of vendors, my timeline for all that I needed to do to make my daughters wedding a success. I spoke to Cindy a great many times, including while she was on a cruise, but she found a spot with reception on the ship to call me back. All the vendors I hired from her preferred list were the best of the best. There is not enough space here to praise Cindy and Signature Weddings & Events, Inc. I definitely would recommend them to anyone needing a planning company. They are the BEST.

Worked with Cindy Saunders and she was AMAZING! Took away all the crazy stress from planning a wedding. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Signature Wedding & Events if you want to have a stress free engagement for yourself, your fiance, and your family! Cindy was always answering my questions promptly and made creative suggestions that gave our wedding unique touches. When problems arose, she dealt with them professionally and did a very good job resolving them. On the day of the wedding, she made sure everything was flawless and stayed until the very end. I don't think I could ever say enough good things about our wedding planner Cindy. She was simply amazing. I don't know what I would have done without her. I do know that my wedding would not have been anywhere near as perfect as it was if not for her.

Cyndi went out of her area of town to meet with me on a Saturday and answer all of my questions. I had nothing to worry about on my wedding day because Cyndi had everything under control. I needed a steamer to touch up my wedding dress and she had one with her.
