Trish and her team at RPS were a dream come true! From the tasting to the day of, Trish was a blessing. The food was amazing and I received so many compliments after the wedding. Usually the food is the last thing people remember but I had emails about the food, all the way down to the salad. The price was the best i found in the area and they provided the linens, tableware, bartender, and cake cutting. For the competitive price you couldn't ask for more. RPS catering went above and beyond our expectations. We attended a personal tasting where we could request to taste anything we wanted. Trish was extremely helpful in all of the planning process and offered ideas and suggested to make it easier on us. The presentation the day of the wedding was beautiful and the food was great. She even surprised us with macaroni and cheese because she knew it was both of our favorites. The price was very reasonable and everything was perfect for our special day. The staff was courteous and was always on top of everything that needed to be done. I would highly recommend RPC catering to anyone and will definitely use them again.

RPS catered my wedding on 9/25/2010. Trish also gave me a lot of help with wedding planning since she is very familiar with the venue where the wedding and reception were held. I had my wedding and reception in the same room, and she even helped me figure out the placement of tables. She and her crew were very professional and responsive. I would definitely recommend RPS to others!

WOW is all I can say when it comes to the service received from RPS catering!! The food was excellent and the service was above and beyond what I expected!! We even had fun dancing a few cha chas while closing things up! I have zero regrets and would recommend them to anyone wanting superb tasting food and excellent service! I loved that Trish listened to my ideas for the wedding and did not talk at me or give advice unless asked. She was very professional and made me feel so at peace on the day of the wedding. The food was delicious and underpriced and the servers were efficient and out of the way when they needed to be.

I could not have found any one else so flexible and reliable. They made everything so beautiful and delicious. They did exactly what we wanted a cajan buffet and fantastic service. We were on a very small budget and they made it work for us. I would recommend them to anyone doing any type of banquet.

The food was perfect! My guests are still talking about it. All the parents really appreciated the Kids Buffet - great idea!! Trish was very attentive, and so very helpful! We 100% recommend RPS to all future brides!
