i recommend richard harrell photography without reservation or hesitation. the photos were brilliantly styled; the colors intensely saturated; creative. they were professional and easy to work with. family/friends all commented on the quality and beauty of our pictures. they were impressed how they got around during the ceremony and reception, taking photos of not just the bride/groom, but guests. if someone walked up to them and said, can you take a picture of my family, they did it right there and then. again, i cannot express how pleased we are with the entire experience. i'd give them a "10."

Richard & Heather Harrell are in incredible duo. They did a fabulous job at our wedding. I highly recommend their services. They are very pleasant, easy going, flexible, and quite humorous! They will provide you a beautiful product!

I don't even know where to begin. I was so lost when looking for a photographer. I came across Richard's website and set up an appointment. From the very beginning I felt like I was more then just a client, I felt like family. Richard and Heather go above and beyond to make sure they your day is captured exactly how you pictured it and they even give great ideas to help you capture moments you may not have thought of. When my husband and I saw our pictures it took my breath away. The pictures and so crisp and vivid that I felt like I was back at my wedding. The personal sacrifices that they made to ensure that my day was everything I wanted it to be I could never thank them enough for. Richard and Heather truly made me feel comfortable and made me feel and look beautiful that day. I can't thank them or recommend them enough.

Where do I begin, or what can I say about our experience with Richard Harrell Photography that already hasnt been said on this site. Richard and Heather are absolutely wonderful people who take pride in the service that they are providing for your special day. In a business with so many fly by night companies it is refreshing to have had the opportunity to meet with them and get to know them. Theyre work is outstanding. They didnt miss a beat, and when the plan shifted they came up with workable plans putting our priorities first.

WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL!!! I honestly cannot say enough about Richard and Heather. They are very professional, have an extremely artistic eyes, such incredible talent, and are so personable! My husband and I recently got married 8/12/11 and used them to photograph our wedding (as well as had an engagement photo shoot prior to the wedding). They focused on every aspect of the wedding - and didn't miss a single opportunity for a fantastic photograph. I really respected the fact that when we would give suggestions for different photos shots, they would take that idea and capture it in the perfect way! My husband and I loved the fact that they captured the spontaneous moments, as well as posed us for formal pictures (we definitely needed the pointers lol). They are passionate at what they do and it really shows in their pictures. Our albums have only been posted for a few days and we have already had guests from our wedding telling us that they want to use Richard Harrell Photography as their wedding photographers... they really ARE that good. We were so impressed with every aspect of our wedding, but having the right photographer allows us to enjoy those memories over and over again.We are so excited for our next photoshoot with Richard (on the beach this time!) for our post-wedding, can't get enough pictures, shoot! :) Thank you guys so much, again. Richard Harrell Photography provided spectacular photography services for our wedding. They were extremely professional and our pictures turned out more beautiful than I could have imagined. The Crazy Photo Booth was definitely a BIG hit, and provided sone really funny and candid memories! Our daughter is getting married in 2013, and we are going to fly them up to Chicago to photograph her wedding too!

Richard and Heather were so professional at my wedding. They did such a great job and they took sooooo many beautiful pictures. What I loved most about them is if I had an idea they had no problem taking the picture. When we did our engagement photos and when I got them back everyone was amazed about how they looked. Then during and after my wedding all I kept hearing was how great the photographers were and everyone was noticing how they moved about the room getting every special moment they could. I just recieved my pictures today on the CD and I am so excited. Heather and Richard are great photographers and have become great friends to us. We plan to use them in our future and we would highly reccommend them!

Every single step of our journey, Richard and Heather were there with support and amazing professionalism. Our engagement pictures were gorgeous, and they drove to meet us at our family farm to take the photos. They then provided us with the most perfect experience of the wedding day. While getting ready, they snapped so many amazing photos, and yet I never remember them in my way or anyone's way. I felt famous. I can not rave enough about this photographer. Richard Harrell Photography was by far the best choice my Husband and I made while planning our wedding. Richard and Heather are such a blast to work with and take phenomenal pictures. We had engagement pictures done with them also and had them set up all around the reception which gave it a very personal touch and we were very happy to have had the chance to do that. As soon as we met with Richard and Heather, we immediately knew we wanted them to be part of our wedding. The cost was very reasonable for everything we received and they always made us feel like we were their only clients. They really made an effort to get to know us during the engagement shoot and everytime we talked. Both of them took pictures during the wedding so we got many different angles and all the pictures turned out fabulous. Richard and Heather had a way of making everyone feel comfortable to get the best shots possible and the formals went quickly so we could spend more time with our guests. We would without a doubt recommend hiring Richard and Heather for your wedding or any other event.

There aren't enough words to describe the love and gratitute I feel towards Richard Harrell Photography. I was fortunate to find them through Wedding Wire while looking up photographers and Heather Harrell contacted me immediately. They worked with my budget and I was able to receive two photographers with unlimited photos from the pre-ceremony up until the end of the reception. My package also included an engagement session, several prints and a photo book. It was such a great value that it was too good to pass up. Richard and Heather were able to capture our love for one another and our personalities in every photo. Our engagement photos were taken in the streets of Ybor City and my wedding took place on Clearwater Beach at St. Brendan's Catholic Church and my reception was at the Hilton on Clearwater Beach. We also took some photos of the wedding party at Sand Key Beach and they were there every step of the way. My husband and I felt comfortable taking pictures with them and they are so pleasant to work with that even my husband didn't mind taking a lot of photos throughout our wedding day. I feel like some of our photos could be in a magazine. I've received an abundant amount of compliments on my engagement and wedding photos. I love all of my photos so much that I post a new photo on my Facebook profile every day. And one of my bridesmaids, who lives in Wisconsin, said that when she gets engaged she will fly down to Tampa so that Richard and Heather can take their pictures. For all the brides out there looking for a photographer, I HIGHLY recommend that you set aside a chunk of your budget towards photography and hire Richard Harrell Photography because it is an investment that you will never forget! I can't thank them enough for such a wonderful job they did.

Richard and his wife are amazing! We had them for my daughter's wedding and we couldn't have been happier! Friendly, reliable, and professional. Their smiles helped me relax and they felt like one of the family. They are never intrusive but are still able to catch everything! After the wedding they even sent "sneak peaks"! We had a great experience with Richard Harrell Photography.For the engagement shoot, Richard met us at Kraft Azalea Garden and took some amazing shots before and as the sun was going down. As he was doing the engagement shoot, he asked questions about what we wanted for the wedding shoot and gave us general advice for posing, etc. When we saw the photos from the engagement shoot with the amazing lighting, we knew we had made a great choice for our wedding photographer.For the wedding, both Richard and Heather took photos so we had multiple perspectives for some situations. This was very cool. They were always on the go trying to get the next shot. Our ceremony and reception were indoors but they took the wedding party and family photos outdoors. The quality of the pictures taken indoors and outdoors are great; they look so crisp.First, we got to see the photos on their website and we were able to share the link with our family. Later, we got a personalized DVD with all the photos. We love all the photos. Our friends and family love them too. We recommend them without hesitation.Richard and Heather, thank you so much for doing such an amazing job capturing our wedding day!
