Puff 'n Stuff Catering

Unfortunately we had some trouble with the caterer. I think the caterer was very overbooked that evenling which caused errosion in service delivery. Once the food was served to our guests, the guests remarked how tasty and delicious it was. We had heard so many wonderful things about this caterer and had tasted the menu prior to our daughter's wedding so were disappointed when things didn't go as planned.

I cannot begin to thank Aymee, Ryan, Thannes and team enough for making our reception absolutely perfect. The food was flawless....the service beyond my expectations. We loved the whole team and really appreciated all the extra little touches they put into place, going above and beyond our expectations. Working with Puff n Stuff from start to finish made our day a phenomenal success. Aymee is so wonderful and we consider her to be a friend and wish we had more reasons to work with her again and again. We may need to start an anniversary tradition (because crashing other weddings would not be cool) just to keep working with Aymee and enjoying the delicious food. :-D

We were happy with Puff n Stuff right up to a few days before the wedding. I purposely didn't include all of my guests that were coming in my final caterering count because (like most brides know) not everyone comes that say they will and some people told me they still weren't too sure they could make it. Long story short, after telling them that part of the story, they told me I needed to have a meal for every guest just incase they come and maybe even more than that. Needless to say, I had about 8 or 9 meals left over and I had to pay for them. When we were all outside for my husband and I to walk to the limo, the staff inside with Puff n Stuff broke down all the tables and took all the linens off the tables super fast (from what I was told). When my guests came back inside after saying goodbye to us, all of their belongings were on the floor. I was very embarrassed to find that out. Food was very good, though!

I cannot say enough when it comes to Puff 'n Stuff! From them being there to respond to my 9 emails a day, last minute changes, to a beautiful set-up, to AMAZING food. The entire night we had guests coming up to us and saying how delicious the food was. Most of the time you go to a wedding and the food is just so-so....not with Puff 'n Stuff; the food could not have been better! Heidi and Heather were so helpful and such a pleasure to work with. The only disappointment was that the servers did not serve my wedding cake!!!!! They actually fed only seated guests (if you were standing apparently you did not get cake!) and the serving slices were borderline embarrassing - let me put it this way they served 100 people from a 40 person/slice sheet cake...one guest said it looked like the server had wiped the knife off onto their plate because it was such a small amount and was only icing and a few cake crumbs. Not too happy about paying $400 on a beautiful cake with great flavors and fillings to have not one guest even taste nor enjoy our wedding cake.

Puff n Stuff catering (especially Aymee Brace) provided the best catering experience I've ever had! I was hooked after the tasting. Not only was the food delicious....the presentation was unparalleled. The staff & chef was very hands-on in giving me ideas & flavor profiles. Myself, my mom & my maid of honor are all vegetarians, so we had to work at finding the right balance for us as well as the meat eaters!!The food was a great complement to our unique wedding reception venue. I still get comments from wedding guests! I would definitely use Puff n Stuff again. Great food. Great staff. Great experience. Can't ask for more than that!

Puff'N'Stuff is the most professional and organized catering business in orlando. Not one complant about this company. The food was amazing and so was the service. My guest were treated with high quality service. I would recommend this catering service for any event...

We were totally impressed and thrilled with Puff n Stuff Catering. We had an outdoor sunset wedding at our marina pool on 7/23/11. Amy came here to see the facility and go over menu ideas and she helped us create the perfect menu for our wedding. Our priority was the food and the drinks for our guests. And she totally came through for us. I had read reviews before I selected Puff N Stuff and found the reviews to be spot on. The only negative review I read was how sometimes the calls and emails weren't returned promptly. I found that to be true but at the same time, I felt totally confident in the fact that it would all be handled fine because Amy made us feel we were a priority for her. And it ended up to be absolutely perfect. We never felt like "just another event" for her. We felt we were on the top of her list. Our food was fabulous. We have so many guests still commenting on how fantastic the presentation of the food was as well as the taste being delicous. Also there was more than enough food for our guests. Our cake was incredible. I emailed her pictures of what I wanted the cake to look like. And it was way beyond my expectations in appearance as well as flavor. We had more people drinking at the bar than we had expected and it was not a problem(we had a partying crowd). We had hired 1 bartender and yet Amy pulled 2 more servers to go behind the bar to help out. A storm came up and looked as if it were going to down pour. It only ended up sprinkling for 5 minutes or so, but never did the staff panic. Every time we turned around they were making sure our drinks were full and we had all of our needs taken care of. We also ordered Bananas Foster and it was a beautiful presentation. Never did the price change, no unwanted surprises, as it was all an incredibly positive experience for us dealing with Puff N Stuff. I HIGHLY recommend this catering company, as I come from the food & beverage industry & have worked in catering in my younger years. They are top notch and made our wedding so so memorable for us just on the attention and care they gave all of us. I just can't give enough of a positive review. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent!!!

although when i was interviewing for caterers, this was over my budget i have to say they were worth every penny and then some! they dont nickle and dime over everything< if they have it theyll help you with it! Aymee was my representative and she held my hand and took care of everything. i wanted a multicultural menu: i am puerto rican and my husband is haitian they made the Rice perfect along with the chicken and steak! they used all the right sauces and spices to blend the 2 cultures! everyone is talking about how the food was amazing! they set up and included appetizers on the table and they even setup the linens and cleaned up for me! they were awesome!

There were several things that did not go the way they should have at the reception. I filled out th survey they sent me after the event and got no response. I then emailed the president of the company, got an email back and was told that someone would be contacting me. I called that person several times and they never responded to my calls or emails.

Puff n Stuff is the best catering compnay around, I originally heard of them because they catered my friends wedding and the food was amazing so I knew I wanted to them to cater my wedding as well. We had our first meeting with Kenneth about a year out from our wedding, the food was amazing he did a great job in helping us pick the right combinatoins of food and had great advice without being pushy. On the night of our wedding the food was just as amazing as we had rememberd it from the tasting, the staff was friendly and professional and went above and beyond. This was a great experience all around and we thank you so much!

Puff'N Stuff went way beyond my expectations! All of my guests LOVED the food and couldn't stop talking about it! They took care of everything! It was so nice to not worry about anything. They even dealt with a downpour of rain and they still came through! I definitely recommend them to everyone no matter what the occasion is!

Puff n'Stuff provided the catering for our wedding and they did a fantastic job. They were very easy to work with and the price was very competitive. We are so glad we had Puff n Stuff Catering for our wedding. Sandy George was great to work with, answered all questions promptly, and tried to get me the best deals around. She also recommended the awesome wedding coordinators we worked with. Their facility is impeccable, the food was delicious, and the service was incredible. Overall, a great catering company!

Heidi Brice was my catering professional that handled every aspect of our reception needs. In the preliminary planning, after we had chosen our menu, Heidi invited us for a complete (table settings, etc.) tasting and tour of the Puff 'n Stuff facility. It was all very impressive. Over the course of several months, Heidi was always there to answer questions, assist me with creative ideas, etc. The finale was perfect! Heidi put together a fabulous, delicious, and perfectly served reception and cocktail hour for our 100+ guests. Everyone was complimentary regarding the food (we offered steak, chicken, fish, or vegetarian as choices for the sit down dinner) decor, and professional, courteous, and friendly service by the staff. We highly recommend Puff 'n Stuff for your next fabulous wedding reception!!

Puff n' Stuff catering was AWESOME. Darby, the coordinator, was awesome from day #1. She was completely prompt in every way and responded to emails with in hours. She was easy to work with in terms of suggesting menu items that fit with our budget, and the chefs were totally open to re-creating one of our favorite sandwiches from a local sandwich shop.At the event itself, they were above superb since it (unexpectedly) started raining immediately after the 1st dance for about 5 minutes, drenching everything that they had set up outside. The food was salvaged and all of the workers were great enough to scramble and set up new tables inside where the cocktail hour was so that everyone could still eat.The food was great and everyone enjoyed it thoroughly.

Puff n Stuff was the BEST ! Mary Brumley was a delight to work with. She was so very flexible with our crazy schedule and her willingness to help meet our budget and still provide a beautiful display and great quality of food ,made us feel like royality.The food was out of this world! The presentation from the 1st food tasting to the day of the wedding was FABULOUS ! The staff right from the get go when we entered the buiilding for our first meeting to the day of the wedding was unbelievably professional in everyway.We would so hire them again.Thanks Mary and Puff n Stuff you made our day so very special.

Aymee, Catering Coordinator at Puff n Stuff, is fabulous! She is so wonderful to work with and actually cares about you and your most special day! The entire staff is so friendly and professional and of course hands down best food. You don't have to worry about a thing the day of your wedding and are able to enjoy every minute of it.

Words can't describe how thankful we are that our wedding planner found Aymee and Puff N' Stuff Catering for our wedding. We were a long distance couple from Los Angeles getting married in Sarasota. I work in catering and very high-end events (the Oscars, celebrity private homes, etc) Food and service are extremely important to me. I know what to expect and what not to expect. After making a couple trips to Florida for tastings at another area caterer, we had given up hope to find the kind of high quality, innovative food we were looking for. As luck would have it, Puff N' Stuff had just come to the area and our planner immediately recommended them. The minute I spoke with Aymee, I knew instantly that we were in good hands. She sent us some amazing videos of their food and without even tasting it, we could just tell by LOOKING at it that we had found our caterer. Aymee worked with our ideas and came up with an amazing, unique menu that worked perfectly within our budget. Our guests were so impressed with the fun food we served and will be talking about it for years! It wasn't your typical, boring wedding food. It was so delicious and presented beautifully! Their staff was friendly and professional. We couldn't have been happier! If you are looking for high quality, super fresh, unique food, then Puff N' Stuff is the way to go! We highly recommend them for any event!!!

Our venue required one of two catering companies with Puff n Stuff being one of them. At first we were not too thrilled as we knew that our food budget was much lower than what either company could offer us. After meeting with both companies, we realized that Puff n Stuff was well worth it. They worked closely with our budget. Even though we couldn't get near what we had hoped for, they still did their best. In the end, everyone loved the food! Like most brides, I wasn't able to eat anything the day of the wedding (too much excitement to even come close to having an appetite!). By the time we checked in for the night, we had two Puff n Stuff meals waiting for us in our room. It was very thoughtful, and it made for a delicious dinner the following day! The breakdown and setup of the tables and chairs was phenomenal. I do not know how they move so fast, but they really have it down to a science. The setup looked amazing, and Darby was a great help in assisting us with choosing our linen. Overall, great company with great food!
