Michael's Photography & Video

Me and my wife went with Micheal. We thought we made the best choice but were we wrong. My wife and I had a beach wedding. She wanted pictures at sunset we recieved none of these. His girl firend was our florist didnt know this at the time all of our pictures had here in the background. I was so creepy and when asked to crop her out said he couldnt. Not sure why he did that. He is very unprofessional and kept up charging us for things that was in our package. He just tells you what you want to hear until he gets your money. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! was actually for 50 and that I needed to pay an additional $150 on top of my 2200 package. So we paid it then I got a 16x20 but he threw a fit about that too saying it was for a 11x10. I had an email where he specifally said it was for a 16x20 and forward it to him. He said I had to pay to ship and in his email stated it was for the 16x20 so he honored that. Got the 16x20 was VERY poor quality was printed on a Epson printer. I could have printed that at walmart for the price he charged me for shipping. I let him know I was displease and he replied and I quote " I DIDNT GET WHERE I AM TODAY BY GIVING AWAY FREE PRODUCTS AND MY PRINTER IT IS A HIGH GRADE PRINTER!" It was printed on regular photo paper that you but at the store very cheap and flimsy. He said he would send me a new photo with better quality been 3 weeks still no photo. This guy is a huge scam and i highly recommend going some place else that actually cares about their customers. All major buinesses put their customers first and thats how it should be! Especially for the kind of money us brides spend for what we think is a quality job. I would abosolutley go with Elegant Imagry over Micheal!

Michael's Photography provided the photography services at my wedding a week and a half ago. Throughout the entire process, from our initial inquiry through the day of the wedding, Michael and his team were absolutely amazing. On the day of the wedding, Michael ensured that every important moment would be captured on film. He went above and beyond without being overwhelming. I never felt the need to feel pressured to smile for a camera or stop at any moment for a staged pose during the reception. The result was in our picture quality and it was phenomenal. Also, the turnaround time to see our photos was really quick. Although Michael's Photography is based in Daytona Beach, he came to North St. Augustine to cover our wedding. I HIGHLY recommend Michael's Photography without any hesitation. I will be sure to call on him for future events!

Michael's is the best! I would not have let the most important part of the most important day of my life to be handled by anyone else!

Michael was absolutely amazing! I could not have asked for a better photographer to capture my special day. I met Michael the day of my wedding and he made me feel so comfortable and beautiful :) The turn around for the photos was so quick...that when I came back to work, my co-workers had seen the pictures online before I did! My copy of the pictures was waiting in my pile of mail when we got back from the honeymoon! BEAUTIFUL PHOTOS that captured the hapiness, love, and fun that everyone shared that day! Not easy to do! I would recommend to anyone! Worth every dime!

He is professional, and personable, and he is very flexible with his clients own personal ideas for photos. His work never disapoints! We wouldn't work with anyone else!

Michael and his staff were outstanding. They spent so much time and were so thorough from the first day. Michael thought of every detail and even made arrangements to take pictures that would not have been possible on our actual wedding day by setting a separate photography session. Everyone is extremely personable. The final wedding book is absolutely astonishing and everyone who has seen it raves about it. I actually recently discovered that several copies were made and on display at his gallery and also at the venue where we got married. I hope that in the future; he will be taking pictures of our family as it grows.

I had a wedding that was different from the norm (I am African). My guests and myself were attired at some point in traditional attire. Michael's was excellent in capturing what I wanted from my wedding. They can accomodate you to fit your schedule. For me, I was extremely pleased that I was able to be seen outside of thier normal business hours becasue I am not a Daytona Beach local and I had to plan alot of my wedding details from another state. The pictures were amazing and the videography was excellent. I have a pre-wedding photo taken on the beach that still amazes people when they see it!

Michael's photography is a wonderful company to have worked with. Our wedding was at 9pm, during a full moon on the ocean. Michael captured every shot beautifully. My husband and I contine to use Michael's photography for our family pictures also. We have a 9 month baby girl, and had pictures of all of us,with her at 2 weeks old, and 6 months old, and pictures of only her at both months. They were all beautiful. I also had pregnancy pictures taken of myself nude, at 8 months. Michael was able to put me at ease with being photographed. My pictures came out beautiful,and very artistic. Just how I wanted them to be. I will never have that opportunity again to be photgraphed pregnant for the first time ever again. I'm so glad it was Michael who did it. My family will continue to work with Michael for all of our photography needs.

When I booked my wedding photography with Michael's Photography I was assured I would have Michael himself for the big day. But come closer to the wedding, I was informed he was double booked that day and I would have an associate. I was very nervous since I was told by friends to only go to Michael's Photography if I was able to get Michael. Being close to the wedding I had no choice but to continue working with them. They did provide us with many additional free items to make up for the situation. Unfortunately, after reviewing the photos from the wedding I was not excited. The lighting was poor and there weren't as many candids that I imagined. With working on the book, Michael's Photography were extremely helpful. I have not seen the finished product but have heard they turn out beautifully. I had a great experience with Michael's Photography, I just wish I was able to have Michael as the photographer.
