Michael's Gourmet to Go

Michael and his team were very creative and helpful. They pulled together a wonderful wedding that we just did not have time to do, as our work schedules are extremely busy. Our wedding was a second marriage for my husband and my third. We are in our fifties, so it was a challenge to create the type of wedding we wanted. It was done with such class. The food and the services were spectacular. Michael guided me through the planning process with his knowledge and expertise, which was so helpful.

We had a somewhat simple buffet service, which Michael did an excellent job of presenting beautfully. The food was well done, healthy fare, (really good salads and homemade soups). Michael also did our cupcake tiered cake, which was beautiful and yummy! He also rose to the stage to help out a performer holding his microphone! Professional, wonderful service all around. Thanks Michael!

Chef Michael is wonderful!!! He catered a rehearsal dinner. The experience was wonderful from begin to end, CHef Michael is extremely easy to work with. He made my life easy in planning the menu & the presentation The service was very professional and all my guests just loved him & his staff. We have also had numerous lunches that he has catered. As always everything was great. Chef Michael is an excellent choice for all your catering needs.
