What an amazing attention to detail..not only did our wedding cake capture every detail that we wanted it also tasted divine. Thank you once again!!

Michael Anthony Cakes not only look good but taste great as well!! My husband and I don't eat cake and really tried to figure out why we were getting one for our wedding.... If we decide go eat cake it has to be Pound Cake no icing, glaze or anything, just PLAIN CAKE!! Well at the tasting my mouth felt lIke it was on the forth of July!! just to let you kno my wedding cake consisted of 3 different flavors....Plain Jane (which was not do plain!!!!) Hazelnut Mouse, and Strawberry Lemonade!!! OMG OMG OMG!! my guest were in cake heaven!! He also made a groom cake for my husband, a replica of his '68 Chevy Camaro and it was AWESOME!!! Were amazed at EVERY DETAIL that was used!! I loved working with Michael he is a true cake artist!!!

My husband and I had a fairly short engagement and we planned our wedding in about 4 months. All of our decisions had to be made quickly, so we needed to ensure we were working with the right vendors. Michael Anthony was definitely a great choice and helped make our special day perfect. I am a HUGE cake fan, but we also had a variety of other dessert options at our reception (ice cream bar & candy bar), so we knew we wanted a smaller cake as more of a centerpiece. I am sometimes turned off by the generic taste of wedding cakes, but Michael Anthony’s cakes GREATLY EXCEED the standard generic wedding cakes that most people are used to–I know a good cake when I taste it!! My brother and sister-in-law had also used Michael Anthony for their wedding a year before, and their cake was simply amazing to look at with hand-crafted sugar flowers, and was even better to eat! He can really do anything you can imagine and make it like a piece of art. My sister-in-law had such a good experience that I knew we were in good hands. In our instance, I was confident that Michael Anthony would be able to work within our smaller budget and craft us a simple classic cake. I was able to easily coordinate with him to set up an initial appointment where we discussed design and flavors. We also discussed using fondant to cover the cake, which can be almost inedible on other cakes I have tasted, but Michael’s fondant is quite tasty! We looked through some basic photos and he sketched out a simple design for the cake. About 2 weeks before the wedding, we were able to meet again. I took him a crystal broach I wanted added onto the cake as well. From there, I basically left the exact creation in Michael’s hands. The cake turned out PERFECT and exactly what I had envisioned. It was the ideal centerpiece for our dessert area. It also tasted great and all of my guests RAVED about how much they liked it. The whole process was super flawless, which made for no-stress wedding planning. Overall, Michael Anthony was super friendly and easy to work with. He also provides amazing customer-service and responsiveness (he will ALWAYS return an email, even late-night) and you can tell he really loves what he does and cares about each of his customers and each of his dessert creations. Michael Anthony is a great vendor and I highly recommend his services – he will not disappoint and is a standout for Desserts!

My Husband and I where met Michael Anthony for the first time at our cake tasting. We had seen his beautiful cakes on his website, but once we tasted how amazing his cake selections are we were sold. To have a beautiful cake that is delicious too we were impressed. Michael sat with us and we sketched out a design for the cake. We didn't actually see the cake till the reception started and we were stunned. The cake was absolutely beautiful and all or guest couldn't believe how great it tasted. I would absolutely 100% recommend Michael Anthony Cakes.

Michael Anthony was so helpful in creating the most beautiful wedding cake I had ever seen. He took the designs on my wedding dress and used that as the focus of the cake... people have not stopped talking about my wedding cake as well as the grooms cake. If I begin to talk about how cool and real the grooms cake looked I would not stop! He made a stack of pancakes with eggs and spam ham on the side because that is what my husband eats everyday for breakfast! Thanks Michael for all of your support and help! Michael Anthony made me the best wedding cake! It was not only creative and design, but moist and delicious. I met with various wedding cake bakers in Central Florida. I was impressed with the amount of talent and creativity, but nobody seemed to make a cake that actually tasted fresh and delicious, except for Michael Anthony. He uses fresh ingredients and worked with me to create a unique, custom design for my cake. Michael takes pride in his wedding cakes, and truly wanted to make me something special. He designed the middle of my cake as a replica of my detailed wedding dress. I was amazed of the perfection he was able to create. Michael also made very intricate fondant flowers for my cake, which were precise to the real flowers I had throughout my wedding. I had to keep telling my guests that the flowers were made out of sugar, as they appeared to look so realistic. My husband and I left for our honeymoon the next day after my wedding. On my honeymoon, I was constantly interrupted with text messages to my phone of my wedding guests asking me who made my wedding cake. They thought it was the best wedding cake they had ever tasted, and it truly was. Michael is friendly and fun to work with. Thank you for the best looking and tasting wedding cake ever!

Michael Anthony was referred to me by a friend as the best cake she has ever tasted from her wedding. She was right! Every cake I tasted we ended up making a different layer because we couldn't decide and the design itself was goreous! I was very worried because I am very detail oriented person and i did not give alot of direction because i was extremely busy, but everything was flawless! I had a irridecent teal cake with white contrasting orchids, scroll and silver inicials. The details on the orchids were amazing! On top of that my sister and father in law have a gluten alergy so he made a second black and white gluten-free grooms cake that tasted delicious! Not often do gluten-free products taste this good. During the cake cutting, the venue started serving the gluten-free cake not knowing it was for certain people. Even those people thought it was the best wedding cake they have ever tasted. People didn't even know their was a difference!

BEST CAKE EVER!!!! Trust me; I went to cake tastings all over Central Florida looking for the perfect cake- from Lake Mary to Kissimmee and about 15 places in-between. Do yourselves a favor and pick Michael Anthony to make your wedding cake- you will not be disappointed. I wanted a red velvet cake with cream cheese filling and a butter cream icing. Some places had a good cake but sub-par icing. Others had a great filling but dry cake. Michael Anthony's cake, icing and cream cheese filling were the best of each in town. Honest, THE BEST! You can just taste the quality of ingredients he uses from real butter to real cream cheese. And not only is his cake delicious, but he is an absolute joy to work with. He responded to emails and calls with a quickness and was always super pleasant. It's funny, several cake bakers I practically had to stalk and/or beg to just get a tasting, but not Michael Anthony. He was accommodating, friendly and really listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. The cake was beautiful too. Michael Anthony makes a gorgeous cake that is delicious that your guests will rave about. Mine did!!!!

Michael Anthony was a pleasure to work with. He mimicked the picture of what we wanted to a T, and even enhanced it. He made our cake more than we could have imagined! I recommend him to anyone who needs a cake vendor! Check out his facebook. His cakes are incredible!

Love love love!! My cake was exactly what I asked for and more! He does amazing sugar flowers too!! Can't beat the price and we received so much cake for our money!! Highly recommend!

Michael did the cake and groom's cake for my sister's wedding and I loved them. My husband doesn't really like cake, but he did like the wedding cake. After I tasted his cake, I knew I didn't have to look any further. He created a cake design that we loved and went perfectly with the wedding. The cake tasted amazing and we got so many compliments from the guests on how beautiful it was. A few people didn’t even think it was real because of how detailed and amazing it looked.Michael also did the groom’s cake, which was a PS3 with a screen showing FIFA (my husband’s favorite game). It came out great and my husband loved it! It looked so realistic that some people at the Rehearsal Dinner didn’t realize it was cake. I highly recommend Michael. He is such a nice guy, great to work with, and really loves what he does. Another plus: he makes his servings pretty big, so a cake that feeds 100 people, for example, will allow everyone to have a pretty big piece. We had leftover wedding cake, which my family devoured late that night.

All I can say is WOW Michael made the cake of dreams. Each layer was a different flavor to meet all of our guests tastes. He even made me a bride's cake that was sugar free since I am diabetic. The cake was beautiful, exactly as I described it. I would recommend Michael for any cake needs you may have. I am looking forward to my anniversary cake next year.

LOVE LOVE LOVE MICHEAL ANTHONY!! He is so wonderful to work with. His cakes look and taste amazing. I whet to 3 cake tastings before going to him and within five minutes of meeting him and then tasting his wonderful cake flavors I knew I had to book right then. I can't wait to have a baby so I can have a baby shower and book him again for that cake!!!

Michael baked the groom's cake and the wedding cake. The groom's cake was a surprise for my husband (cake looked like a Negra Modelo beer bottle, flavor was red velvet cake). When I picked up the cake on Friday, he had a question about the wedding cake so he made sure to ask at that time. Hubby loved his groom's cake. When I arrived at the Rehearsal Dinner, he was actually drinking a Negra Modelo. The cake was so detailed and delicious.Our wedding cake was beautiful and just what we asked for. It was a white chocolate cake with strawberries. It was fresh, delicious and smelled heavenly. As one of our wedding guests said, "It's like heaven in my mouth!" Michael was also wonderful to work with- very kind and accommodating.

Michael Anthony's cakes are fantastic! The taste was incredible and the work was amazing! He made beautiful sugar shells for our beach themed cake, and the chocolate cover strawberries are to die for!!! Definately recommend him! 5 stars!!

If you need a wedding cake in the greater Orlando area, look no further than Michael Anthony Cakes! Michael is a master pastry artist! His cakes are not only delicious, but actual works of art. (His personality matches the cakes too.) He was very nice to work with and his prices were very reasonable. Sure, you can find lots of cake makers in our area, but in my opinion, you would just be wasting your time if you went somewhere else. His cakes are super FRESH and the extra attention to detail is spot-on! He doesn't just do wedding cakes either, he can make you a cake for any occasion! It took me so long to decide on a company to do my wedding cake because it's such a big chunk of the wedding budget. I am so glad I stumbled across him. I was really impressed by how incredibly clean his store was and his beautiful designs. This guy has serious talent. Besides the attention to detail, beautiful designs, and professionalism I was blown away by how amazingly delicious his cakes were. Definitelty worth the money!
