Lyndsey was cool!! She knew her stuff!! Even tho the only services I ordered from her were ceremony chairs!! I was extremely satisfied!! She was on time, friendly, and just all around cool!!

Lyndsey and her team provided my husband Chris and I with our floral bouquets, bouts, corsages, centerpieces, linens and uplights. She was awesome to work with and when we walked into our reception I almost cried I was so happy with the way it turned out. She really listened to us when we described the look we were going for and was able to put our vision into reality. I cannot say enough how happy we were with Lyndsey and the amazing job she did on our wedding day! I would recommend her services to anyone planning a wedding or special event!

Lyndsey Roberts and her staff were miracle workers! They were always accommodating, flexible and professional... From start to finish. We love her work and highly recommend her for all of your photographic needs ;o)

Lyndsey turned into a nightmare for us on our wedding and in the weeks following. The morning of the wedding she backed out and sent someone else to take photos. Her people were responsible for our sand ceremony, but let the whole table fall down shattering the glass and spilling sand everywhere in the middle of the ceremony. Sunday it was told to us by friends and family that there was no guest book to sign. She forgot to put the guest book out! In the days following, several calls and voicemails went unanswered. When we finally got ahold of her, she was anything but apologetic and further limited her availability in talking to us. When we told her what our schedule was of when we could sit down and discuss these unfortunate events, she said "I'll be going home" All she wanted was our money, and when she got it she could have cared less about us or what we thought of her. Do not use Lyndsay Roberts.

Top Five Reasons NOT to Hire Lyndsey Roberts Photography; 5. Sand ceremony materials shattered because employees stated they would watch the glassware and ended up placing it in the way of the wind. The team was unprepared to account for wind off of the river and could not have aisle runner down as planned. The rental chairs were not brought for the outside of reception hall. The bows were tied incorrectly on 150 reception hall chairs. 4. Lyndsey was the ONLY contact for almost 1 year prior to the event date and 1 hour prior to the ceremony an unknown photographer arrived at the house announcing that she is taking over for Lyndsey. Clearly this is unsettling for any bride to be. 3. Bride and groom designed individualized sign-in book with Lyndsey with selected photos and personal quotes. This book was never completed, and NO sign-in book was placed on the “sign-in” table. 2. For 6 weeks following event date no calls or emails were returned by Lyndsey. Although during our meeting she blatantly lied to the both of us disputing this. And the #1 reason WE would NEVER recommend Lyndsey Roberts Photography is . . . When my husband and I finally went to Lyndsey’s office, after waiting for 45 minutes to discuss the situation, Lyndsey immediately escalated the conversation into a screaming match placing blame on us, blatantly lied about phone calls and emails and stormed out of her own office without any attempt at a resolution. Please note that this is a Top 5 list… there are many other reasons that are too long to write in a review. I love Lyndsey. She was more than my photographer at our wedding. She stepped in and helped all the way around. She took many pictures and made sure that she had taken all the pictures with people that I wanted. I haven't seen the wedding pictures yet but I know they will be just as beautiful as our engagements photos were that she took.
