Having a wedding planner has literally saved my life- literally! I don’t mean to be dramatic but there is no way that I could have planned my wedding without the assistance of the Joie de Vie event planning team. They turned my ideas from good to excellent. From my fabulous save the dates to my elegant invitations, Joie de Vie has been superb. The diligence and professionalism of the Joie de Vie is unparalleled. During our initial consultation, we added the Stationary and RSVP Tracking services without realizing its importance. While doing my RSVPs, my sister remarked, “if you didn’t think a wedding planner was worth it, I bet you do now. You would have gone crazy if you had to do this alone.” She is correct! With the RSVP Tracking service, I was able maintain my piece of mind. In hindsight, having a planner like the Joie de Vie team was priceless. Their service is exceptional. On my wedding day, I felt like a Queen, not a princess but a QUEEN. That day, I was carefree taking in every moment while the Joie de Vie event planning team worked meticulously and passionately behind the scenes. When my groom and I entered the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception rooms, we were speechless. My wedding was more than I could have ever imaged or planned for myself. Joie de Vie gave me priceless memories of a day I shall never forget. Family and friends say my wedding was the best wedding they had the honor and privilege of attending. My advice to make planning a simpler process for couples...Acquire the services of a wedding planner- it is PRICELESS. Yes, we know you can do it yourself but you can also pull out your wisdom tooth yet that is not advisable. Having a planner to coordinate your wedding is an essential professional service that cannot be substituted with your inexperience. What you can do is practice being a chef at home, making jewelry, or running marathon. HOWEVER, you should not practice being a wedding planner. The common denominator among the practice tasks that I listed is you will have the opportunity to do them again and again. On the other hand, you only get married once. There is no time to practice. Among many other benefits, an event planning team will handle all the intricacies you WILL overlook, serve as the contact source for your numerous wedding vendors, and electrify your creative process. The bottom line is hiring an event planning team can change your wedding experience from good to EXCELLENCE. I don’t know about you but I’d chose excellence over good any day! Kudos to Kerline! She does an amazing job with planning weddings. Throughout the planning process she did a tremendous job with meetings, phone calls, text messages and emails. On the day of my wedding I was worried free, because Kerline and her two partners help everything go easily. I had the best vendors in town because of her and my decor at reception was breathtaking. Thanks Kerline ;-)

Kerline and her staff are amazing; all you have to do is show up for your wedding. She is able to handle anything and everything. I thank God for her.

Joie de Vie did a great job and i really enjoyed working with the staff. Our wedding day went off without a hitch and was shepherded through by the Joie de Vie team. They also managed our last minute changes professionally and with ease.

I picked Kerline out of the three most popular wedding planners in Orlando from a web search. We are forever glad that we had picked her. We gave her many challenges. We were residing in Las Vegas and the wedding was in Orlando; we limited her to a small budget; we demanded a traditional Vietnamese ceremony and a mixed southern-Vietnamese theme. In addition to all of that, we were a busy couple, were only able to see her and the vendors for 6-7 hours before the week of the wedding. Did I mention we were quite specific about what we wanted? All her suggestions of vendors worked beautifully for us, from the flowers, to the cakes and specially the caterer. The best thing about Kerline and her group is their willingness to step out of their known paths to explore the new ways of doing things to fulfill our wishes. Our wedding was just perfect. My parents (especially my difficult Mother) were pleased. It was cozy, fun and with great foods. Our guests fully enjoyed a unique celebration of a lifetime.

I had hired Kerline for the day of my wedding and I have to say, without her I probably would have lost my mind keeping track of all my relatives and sorting out all the final details as I was getting ready. I was engaged January 23, 2009, and hired Joie de Vie Weddings a few weeks later from an online wedding source. From day one, Kerline, was simply professional and yet personable. I knew after our first meeting that we would work well together to make my wedding day an unforgettable one. She provided me with some of the most premier vendors in the area, which would still allow me to stay within budget. She was always just an email or phone call away. She helped me design my own custom made invitations, with class and unique character. There was not one detail that was left undone. As a Pediatrician in training I had a very busy schedule to say the least and she managed to help keep me organized and on schedule, I never felt overwhelmed. She was always willing to meet with me whenever my schedule permitted, alone, with my fiancďż˝, and even parents. She found a way to get everyone's ideas incorporated in the day. On my wedding day, Kerline and her team made each and every one of my guests and wedding party feel like royalty. I did not lift a finger. I rarely asked a question, since I had complete confidence that she was in complete control of the day. I received several emails leading up to my wedding day, which kept my vendors informed of the seating arrangements, timelines, and expectations. She kept copies of every contract and was fully aware of my expectations. She facilitated the wedding rehearsal with patience and grace, making sure everyone knew what they were doing. After the wedding she along with her team made sure each and every card and present was put away securely, and she didn't leave until we were walking to our honeymoon suite with smiles on our faces. I had an absolutely incredible wedding from beginning to end and I know my wedding planner had an enormous part in making my dreams a reality.

The only feedback I have is to confirm with the church if the decoration vendor is coming earlier than contract time, to have all areas cleared. In all other areas the service was very thorough, professional, timely, and done with extreme care and concern. When it was required, the services always went above and beyond what was called for and contracted. All in all, my husband and I were immensely pleased with Joie de Vie Weddings and Events, Inc. and would highly recommend the company's services to friends and family.
