We used the one by Millenia mall. The staff is fantastic and very knowledgeable. They custom made our wedding bands and they were PERFECT. we will never shop anywhere else.

JOE is awesome! My hubby and I had sketched and created my engagement ring at the time and Joe worked with my hubby and making it real. That's incredible! We went back to Joe and he helped me find and create my wedding band and helped my indecisive hubby find a unique wedding band!!! The company is great and it's employees like JOE that make it awesome ;D

My husband and I found our rings here, and we love them There was plenty of unique bands or enhancers to choose from. The staff was very courteous and professional every time we went.

I am so glad my fiancée and I decided to go to IDC. Jim at Alafaya store gave us helpful information on buying diamonds. We are very happy with the ring(s) we purchased there, and they do engraving for free :)Great customer service and amazing collection of rings. I am getting engaged this weekend, and cannot wait to get my ring.

Jacqueline with IDC in Waterford Lakes is absolutely wonderful! She helped us find our Verragio wedding set and did an amazing job with replacing my first engagement ring which was too small. I found this store and the Winter Park branch to be very helpful. I was not very impressed with the Altamonte Springs branch however which is the closest to my house. I will even drive out of the way to the Winter Park branch to get my rings cleaned! :-)

My groom purchased my engagement ring at this store. They were wonderful to work with. They sized my ring quickly and have been very good about cleaning my ring and checking the settings no matter how many times I bring it in there. They are always quick with a smile and a bottle of water. The particular sales lady that I work with regularly is very sweet and has taken the time to get to know me as a person. I love working with them, and hope that when the time comes we will get our anniversary bands there as well.

My fiance bought my engagement ring from the Alafaya Trl. location. Veronica and all the other employees were so wonderful to work with. I always pop in to have them clean my ring, and they are happy to do it. They are honest, they remember you and make the whole process a fun experience... and they worked with the ring designer to get us a great deal.

We bought all of our rings (engagement and wedding band) from the Winter Park IDC. It was a long process because we weren't sure what we were looking for but it was well worth it. My rings are more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. We worked with the same associate throughout the entire process and that was really comforting. The quality of their diamonds is amazing and you are guaranteed to end up with a gorgeous piece (or two). We did a lot of price comparison between shops on both settings and diamonds but this store was unique. After all of the browsing we did (and we did a lot), this is the only store that had the Ritani ring I got.

Of course you want to spend less on any ring... hence the 4.5 on value for cost.The engagement ring was bought there.... I have no idea for how much. I would assume 12-1400$. He bought a .71 princess solitaire. While picking out the groom ring, his eyes lit up over a 500$ ring. I kept it a secret from him as to which I bought. I got him a titanium ring with black and gold stripes through it. the Tungston ring (ring option 2) was only 150$. I was able to talk down the 500$ price tag to 400$ total including tax.We took the grooms grandfather's ring in and took 4 stones from it and had the placed on either side of the solitaire with a white gild band. All the work in making it and setting it and the grooms ring = 100%George is awesome and you can talk him down. You can also get repairs without much issue or any insurance on it, though they recommend it. 3 rings...Engagement: ?Wife band: 450$Groom band: 400$
