Having the harp for our ceremony music made a real nice enhancement that would otherwise have been an ipod. Everyone was real impressed with it and Jennings was flawless. I especially recommend this for outdoor ceremonies. This avoids worry over sound systems and outlets. The harp projects wonderfully outside. I was at a wedding a few years ago that was also outside in which Jennings was the harpist. Ever since then, I knew I was going to try and get her for my future wedding.

We pretty much communicated with Jan via email, but she was always prompt with her replies to any questions we had. The CD she provided in her packet of information was very useful in helping us decide what music we wanted to have played for our wedding. The people who attended our wedding enjoyed hearing her perform, and everyone got a kick out of our recessional choice of "Take me out to the ballgame", which she played wonderfully. We had Jan play at our ceremony and the cocktail hour and we could not have loved her more. We did not want the traditional harp classical music, instead, we chose oldies and classic rock music like The Rolling Stones, The Beatles and Elvis. For my walking down the aisle song we had "Can't help falling in love" by Elvis and it was beautiful. During the ceremony, she jumped in at just the right moments to make everything flow seamlessly. We have gotten so many compliments on Jan! I would highly recommend her to anyone!

We enjoyed working with Jan. She provided the beautiful harp music for portions of the ceremony and the cocktail hour at our reception. During the planning process she provided us with a comprehensive CD of her music detailing the entire ceremony and how certain music would work for each segment. Her play list is very long and varied and the music at the ceremony and during the cocktail hour were very well received and highly complimented by our guests. Jan will lend an elegance to your event. She is professional, friendly and very talented, flexible, as well as beautiful!

Jan's professionalism, experience & gracious demeanor tremendously enriched my daughter's wedding ceremony. From our first encounter we felt confident that she was the right harpist for us and she met or exceeded our expectations. I cannot stress enough what a gift it is to find a vendor with Jan's level of integrity and commitment. It allowed us to stop worrying about the ceremony music and focus on other aspects of the planning. I wish I could have cloned her for to replace a couple of our other vendors!!

Jan Jennings was amazing, the harp really made the atmosphere of our wedding day just magical. When looking for music for the ceremony I would have never thoguht about the harp but when I heard Jan play I Knew I wanted that sound for my special day. I would recommend her to anyone who wants beautiful music at there ceremony or reception. She was WONDERFUL!!!

During the planning of our wedding, we decided we wanted a harpist to play during the ceremony of our wedding. Jan was one of the suggested harpist from our venue. She mailed us a cd of numerous sample songs and suggestions (on which she labels the songs and provides any history of the song and/or relevance to religion which was VERY helpful). Her music is BEAUTIFUL, and she is incredibly easy to work with and friendly!! On very short notice, Jan was able to extend her services to include playing during cocktail hour. I, being the bride, unfortunately only heard a very small amount of her music, but I cannot begin to explain how many people have complimented her and how much they enjoyed that part of the ceremony.

I wanted something special for our wedding and we got it! Many of our guests remarked about the harp music and what a beautiful ceremony we had! Jan showed up early for our ceremony and stayed past the scheduled time, due to our ceremony starting later than scheduled. Her harp music was exquisite and just added that special touch we wanted. Jan Jennings is a professional musician. VERY reliable...no worries with my daughters wedding! Her music is above all others in my opinion and the price was great! To have Jan play at your wedding means one less thing to worry about with all your wedding plans.

Jan was just what we were looking for! She is a very talented musician and was incredibly flexible and easy to work with. I was very indecisive about what music I wanted for the bridal processional and she was very patient with me, even offereing to learn to play pieces originally written for piano or organ on the harp! My husband's 14 year old daughter had never sung at a wedding before, and was very nervous about leading the psalm by herself. Jan was kind enough to accompany her (using nothing but the organ accompaniment), and made her feel at ease and confident during the wedding. Jan's music was beautiful and added just the right touch to our outdoor ceremony. Many of our guests were professional musicians (as I am as well), and we received many compliments about Jan's beautiful harp music. Jan will add just the right elegant touch to your wedding!
