I ordered my wedding dress which i paid over $1000 NZ for and was promised by Karen that i would receive it within 12 weeks - i'm still waiting. I have emailed several times with only one short response saying she would into this for me and nothing since. i am devastated that i not only lost over $1000 but now have to start the search for my wedding dress again - all i can say is i hope she doesn't sleep at night. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM EVER AFTER!!!!!! I ordered a flower girl dress from them and they did not take a size for the dress. When I repeatedly tried to contact them to give a size, I was finally able to reach someone 5 weeks later. I have not been able to reach them since and I have no idea when the dress will be here. I am getting married in 4 wks and the dress has been paid in full. Karen's email address is no longer valid and the website address she gave me isn't either. I have left over 10 messages in the last 2 weeks and called at least 150 times. The phone is never answered and my messages never returned. I hope my flower girl has the dress we picked out by the wedding.

I could only buy my dress online, so I found someone who could order it from the designer. She called me and double checked all my measurements, giving me specific instructions for them. We decided to put in a corset back so I wouldn't have to have the dress altered... and it was a great suggestion! When the dress arrived at her shop she sent me pictures to eleviate my impatience. She was wonderful!

I got my dream dress at Discount Bride for $479- a lot less then the $1,200 the bridal gown store in New Hampshire quoted me. I ordered the dress in August and it showed up the week the customer rep said it would. My only issue with them is that they confused me with another customer and told me my dress would arrive a month earlier. When it never showed i called them. They then said there was an issue and it would arrive in Mid February- well I paniced because I"m getting married in Mid February. This happened over the weekend so for about 48 i was in complete tears because I thought I didn't have a dress and I would have to buy another one and then pay for rush shipping fees! I can honestly say that ruined my entire experience with them. However, I feel it was an isolated mistake and recommend them for budget brides. They did have the dress altered for me by Casablanca so I was charged an additional $125 for those alternations but it was so much cheaper to have them do it then pay a steamstress. They also price match other bridal companies.
