Helen was always easy to get in touch with and responded ASAP to my emails which made it easy to plan my wedding from the uk.

We were quite nervous as we travelled out to the USA for our wedding, all of our contact with Helen (Elegant Weddings) during the organizing process was via email and we had sent off our money and just hoped that everything would go to plan. As it turned out we had nothing to worry about, the hairdresser and limo driver both turned up on time, the venue was arranged and all went smoothly. The hairdresser was very professional and did an excellent job and the limo driver was happy to make a couple of journeys for us even though we had only arranged for one trip. The ceremony was excellent with the minister providing a few laughs for those of us who were getting a bit anxious about the service. He promised to keep the service short as it was held outside and it was very hot for those of us wearing a black suit in the hot Florida sun. The photographer was excellent, supplying us with a copy of the pictures on a disc and also giving us a set of prints (this was a nice surprise as we were only expecting the disc). He had some good ideas for pictures but was also open to suggestions and was happy to take whatever we wanted. In summary, Helen was easy to get along with, very professional and took a lot of pressure off us during the organizing process. She was quick to respond to emails and happy to help with anything we wanted. We consider it money well spent as we had a fantastic day and we would highly recommend her services. Helen and her team helped us plan our wedding in Florida (we are from the UK). They made everything as stress free as possible. A thunder storm threatened to ruin our special day but Helen sprung into action with a back up plan to save the day for us. Helen was amazing made planning a wedding abroad so easy. Very fexible to my needs. All members is staff was great. 10 out of 10. Food was gorgeous, priest was lovely, moc very good, make up artist amazing, hair dresser also very good. I was very happy with how the day turned out.

Helen Ronchetti was so helpful for the entire process of planning my wedding. I started planning on my own two or three times but quickly became overwhelmed. I decided it would be best to hire a professional to help me and I am SO glad that I did. Helen was extremely prepared, referred me to vendors, had a very flexible schedule and always made herself available to me and vendor meetings. I was never left in the dark with the planning process, as she kept me updated via email and phone calls. On my wedding day Helen helped fix a snag in my wedding dress. If she was not there I'm pretty sure I would have been out of luck. She was extremely prepared for any given situation, and I am thankful that she was equipped to help. I am so happy with my decision to hire Helen. I highly recommend her to any bride-to-be or couple looking to relieve that stress and enjoy the wedding planning process.

Helen Ronchetti and Elegant Weddings were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and everything we asked for was arranged without fuss. Emails were replied to promptly and the other professionals Helen arranged for the day were also amazing. We would recommend this company without hesitation and cannot sing their praises highly enough. If in a few years we decide to have a vow renewal we wouldn't trust anyone else but Helen to arrange it. Our weddiing was perfect and a dream come true.

I cannot recommend Helen and her team highly enough. From early planning (2 years ago) right thhrough to last touches on the day, they were spot on with the details. I'll admit we were not very experienced with weddings, even less so with getting married in the US (We're from the UK), but we were quickly put at ease by Helen and her detailled planning. No matter how many, or how sometimes silly the questions we asked, they were always answered and explained fully. I can honestly say we had more than the wedding we wanted, tailored exactly to us and at a cost that impressed us. Even our families commented on how smoothly the whole day went. We were married at Paradise Cove, Orlando, a beautiful and private venue which was perfect for us. From the hair and make up, transport, venue, photography & videography, the violinist, the Reverend (Tim) and the food and drink people and anyone I've forgotten, Helen had it under control. In all we had a fantastic wedding.

Helen and Cally were both awesome!!! Our wedding went perfectly and I felt very comfortable working with them, especially as Helen is originally from England.

Helen and her team were absolutely AMAZING!!!!! I was so pleased that i came across Elegant Weddings as i had been searching for a while and was so apprehensive about my wedding being planned from a different country being from the UK. My now husband and i got married at Cypress Grove in florida,absolutely everything was handled with such care and attention. Throughout the planning process Helen took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly,and was so helpful and attentive,she destressed me from all the worse case dramatic scenarios that i'd planted in my head. One of the most amazing and i would say important things about having someone plan your wedding from another country is communication,it's imperative that whoever is responsible for planning your big day has the time to respond to emails/phone calls etc,i can honestly say that Helen scores 100% on this,she responds to questions/queries instantly. we had the most beautiful wedding day thanks to elegant weddings. we could not have done it without helen, she made everything so easy and hasslefree, no problem was too big or too small and she appreciated our budget and meet our needs. we are envious of any one planning a wedding with them as we know how amazingly perfect its going to be!

Helen was fantastic! Living in the UK, it was scary leaving your whole wedding in a strangers hands, but, I needn't have worried about anything, just speaking, emailing and meeting with Helen just once I felt so at ease, I would do it all again in a heart beat! We have just received our wedding pictures and video, and they are amazing :)

If you are thinking of booking , or have already booked your wedding with Elegant Weddings of Orlando then well done you! You can now rest assured that it will be the day of your dreams. I was anxious about planning my wedding in the USA from the Uk as you never truely get a feel for a venue until you get there. Paradise cove was amazing, it is private, picturesque and the perfect wedding venue for small or larger weddings. Now the staff... well where do i start, from the moment I contacted Helen she was exceptional. She was my fairy godmother, granting my every wish over email, reasuring me when i got wobbles or answering ENDLESS questions. ( im a controll freak so poor Helen had a lot on her plate with me). The cost and value of the wedding was brilliant ( it costs a small fortune to get married in the UK). The food was delicious, decor elegant, understated natural beauty-paradise! All the staff go above and beyond the call of duty to make you feel special. Rev. Glynn, cliff, Vanessa (who kindly sewed my mother inlaws dress up as it split just before the ceremony) Ricky the DJ had to save the day and rescue my engagement ring that I dropped down the crack in the floor, I cannot thankyou all enough! They really are the dream team and I have not a bad word to say about my wedding. It was the dream ive always wished for. Thank you dream team!

Helen made sure our day was wonderful, we could not have asked for more. Helen was so wonderful! From start to finish, she was fantastic and coordinated everything so I didn't have to worry about the wedding details at all. She took care of everything -- the minister, flowers, limo, pictures, hair, makeup, marriage license... even helped me with my veil! I'm an so happy with our wedding and with the vendors she chose. Absolutely excellant!

Absolutely amazing! Our wedding day was perfect and ran so smoothly! Helen was very quick with email responses, has an excellent choice of vendors and provided great co-ordination on the day. As i am from the UK, i sent pictures to Helen of the flowers and cake i wanted and all turned out perfect! Even the napkins and chair ties were a perfect color match! All the staff/vendors Helen used were fantastic and really made the day! It really was the best day of our lives! Thank you soooooooo much! :)

Helen was an absolute pleasure to work with. She helped to make the whole experience so special and our guests are still talking about our wedding now 3 months after the event. Everything was so stress free as she took care of all the details - the flowers were beautiful, the car was amazing, the reverand was great - best wedding ceremony ever - short, sweet, beautiful and meaningful. We also had a caracaturist providing one of the wedding favours as well as entertainment whilst everyone lazed in the sun. Cannot praise Elegant Wedding of Orlando and Helen enough. Thank you.
