Photography as art! She was also so fun to work with and made us all feel at ease! Loved her, expensive compared to some, but worth it!

Caroline Johnson was an absolutely amazing part of my wedding! From the time of booking, she was very prompt with her communication and stayed in the loop on all of the important details. Caroline easily combines her professionalism with her fun-spirited personality to make you and your guests feel comfortable and happy during pictues. All of my bridesmaids loved her- and of course I did as well! She was great with the guys too- and she got some really priceless and beautiful photos of them. Overall, Caroline was better than I could've ever hoped for in a photographer. She captured all of the pictures that I wanted and more. *And a bonus: by the middle of the reception, she put up a digital picture frame at the bar with photos that were taken earlier in the night. By the next morning, Caroline had already edited and posted a good amount of pictures on facebook! All of my pictures turned out absolutely stunning- and I have not stopped receiving compliments on the photos even over a month after the wedding. We have spoken several times in the past month since my wedding, and I even received a special thank you for a referral that she received due to the gorgeous pictures that a new bride saw from my wedding! I know my decision for my album pictures and large prints will be difficult b/c I have so many beautiful pictures to choose form! You will not go wrong with Caroline- she is the best!

I, too, had a negative experience with this photographer. Her pictures were beautiful, which drew me to her in the first place, but when it came time to see the images online, create the album or order prints, things fell apart. She operated on her own timeline and was difficult and argumentative over the album creation and edits. While she was at first very friendly, she became short and hostile, when not completely unresponsive. Not worth the hassel. I recommend brides find a photographer who can back up their work with great customer service.

The photos turn out great however her professionalism is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! Brides, please ask around and do your research before booking! Always check google first for any reviews sites! This is is such an important day and you do not wanted it tainted with experiences such as dealing with an extremely unprofessional wedding photographer!

This vendor is extremely unprofessional and has left me with a bad taste. She is not worth the hassle.

I previously posted a negative review of this photographer, after experiencing a number of problems with her. The review came to her attention and she contacted me recently to discuss the issues I wrote about. She asked me to consider removing the review. After some thought, I decided to rewrite the review to include her responses to be fair to her. Basically, my complaints were that we had a very difficult time communicating with her, and the information she gave us about expected timelines was inaccurate. She did listen to what I had to say, and seemed to genuinely want to improve her customer service, so I hope that things will change for the better. Also, she did give us several large prints and a parent's wedding album free of charge as an apology for the trouble we had, which was quite generous. I hope that she is able to use this experience to improve her business in the future.

The photographs were beautiful. On my wedding day Caroline helped everything fall into place. Otherwise things just were not right. very unfair in her decision making as far as who she puts first, no matter the order of booking, payment, etc...

Sigh. This photographer was my biggest regret on my wedding day. Her website is great, her photos are great...she does a great job sucking you into a whirlwind of stress and hassle. It is a shame that when we look at our wedding photos to this day, we have a bad taste in our mouth because we had to go through hell to get them. 3 years later and we are still waiting for items promised and NEVER received. She takes your money, lots of it, and then doesn't fullfill promises. PLEASE do not set yourself up for heartbreak on your wedding day. Choose someone that actually cares. I really hope she does all brides a favor and chooses another line of work. She is extremely unprofessional. Great pictures...but once you get them you will be so mad you won't want to look at them.
