Pam was fantastic. From the initial visit, she was prepared and made us feel like she really wanted our business. She had an entire tray of different cake and frosting flavors for us to try. We decided on the Red Velvet and the White Almond Sour Cream. We thought the Red Velvet would be our favorite, but on the wedding day, the White Almond Sour Cream stole the show! We had no leftovers of that flavor at all! The design process with Pam was also incredibly simple - we just found a photo of what we liked, tweaked it to our colors and style and she made suggestions from there. It turned out absolutely perfect - I loved the way the cake looked and it tasted even better. I can't wait to taste the top tier for our first anniversary!

Pam was amazing to work with. We presented her with some ideas but then basically let her create what she felt was best. The results were amazing. Not to mention, the cake itself was so wonderful to eat. She takes the time to listen to you and she does this amazing little honeymoon cake just for the couple since, like she said, sometimes you don't get to really sit down and enjoy your cake. She is great and I would say go to her for not only wedding cakes but anything else you want done that is special. It was a joy to work with her and I am so happy with how everything came out. Mrs. Pam was amazing! One of the best vendors we dealt with in the two years of planning our big day! She and her husband were willing to travel 3 hours to Valdosta, Georgia to deliver our cakes. Both cakes turned out better than I could have imagined! She even contacted a professional English soccer team in order to use their logo on the groom's cake- she went above and beyond. Not only did the cakes look amazing...they tasted sooo good...even after the long trip from Ocala to Valdosta! Thank you Mrs. Pam for making our vision a reality -Laura & Danny Fischer

Pam made my wedding cake a vision of art. It was absolutely gorgeous and divinely delicious! She had us eating cake for the next 2 days after the wedding until it was gone! We even ate our topper- we will just have to order another one for our anniversay- I couldn't let that delicious cake sit there and turn to freezer taste..yuck! I brought a picture to my consultation of what I wanted exactly, she was detailed in pointing out exactly what I liked about the picture of the cake. We added 2 more details of her own which was a pearlized spray over the whole cake, and the middle tier to have little "sugar dots". We tasted 5 different samples of what she had with at least 4 fillings and 3 buttercreams. There was a wide variety of what we could choose. We finally chose french vanilla cake, raspberry filling, and a white chocolate buttercream. The cake was delivered on time for the wedding, and she decorated the cake table which is included with her service. All of my guests were surprised at how beautiful our cake was. Thanks Pam, you really made our wedding cake something to remember.

We were referred to Pam by a relative that had just used her for their wedding cake. I was impressed by Pam's level of professionalism, attention to detail and even more surprising the price. I was impressed by the quality of the cake versus the price. It was more than reasonable and when Pam showed up to deliver our cake at our wedding at Black Diamond Ranch in Lecanto, I almost cried. The cake was stunning. She paid close attentioin to detail and incorporated peacock feathers into the cake topper and it was breath taking. I could not be more pleased.

First of all I would like to say, that I am a VERY picky person. That is amplified by a thousand when I am planning an event that is going to be a reflection on myself,and or family. That being said. I am sure that you understand, my wedding cake had to be nothing short of PERFECT!! Pam Greenwell was more than able to accomplish that for me! Pam was a delight to work with! She was able to exceed expectations w/ our cake! She used her experience to not only shape our dream cake , but also to help guide us when we were in a moment of indecision. It looked like something right out of a magazine( the fairy tale we all want)! I am an extremely hard person to impress, and I am happy to say that Pam Greenwell blew me away!!!! Our cake was not only a beautiful focal point in our reception , but it tasted OUTSTANDING! It is very rare for an entire cake to be eaten at a reception ( and ours was a HUGE cake) but ours was devoured !! My friends and family still talk about our cake an entire year later!! Now for the icing on the cake (so to speak) ! In the time honored tradition of eating a slice of your wedding cake on your first anniversary, my husband and I took our cake out of the freezer yesterday. I am ELATED to say that our cake tasted as amazing as it did on our wedding day one year ago... it made me cry ...to relive that moment in the memory of it's fantastic taste, was so much more than I could have hoped for! Our cake from Pam for our wedding was tremendous. I was living in Colorado, my fiancee in South Dakota, and got married in Florida. You can imagine how difficult it is to plan a long distance wedding. I met with Pam in person one day and did the rest via e-mail. She was punctual and easy to reach. I gave her a picture and she replicated it perfectly. She had great attention to detail. The guests were amazed at how beautiful and delicious the cake was. She even gave us a small cake for the honeymoon. Thanks Pam.

I heard of Pam Greenwell through friends. She has a place in Silver Springs Shores where we met with her and did a cake tasting. All the flavors of what she offers was available, and we took our time and ate ALL the cake! It was amazing. That same day, we went to the venue where the ceremony will take place. Pam set up a cake while we were there for another event. We saw her come in, set it up and was amazed at how it didnt look like cake. That was the clincher for us. We decided right then and there we would hire her. When it came time for the wedding, we KNEW the one thing we didnt have to worry about was the cake. It was delivered on time, set up perfectly, and the ease of getting to that point was effortless! The stump grooms cake was the champagne cake with chocolate icing, and the wedding cake was the sour cream almond with white icing. Melt in your mouth delicious!

Pam did both our cakes for our wedding the grooms cake and the actual cake, they were both amazing! Not only did both cakes look exactly like I wanted them to... the taste was even better! She was a pleasure to work with and did everything we asked!! I could not have been happier with her. I would recommend her for any wedding or special event it has been three months and people are still talking about my amazing wedding cakes!!!

This Cake was AMAZING. She did the exact, to the T, cake I was wanting. My entire wedding was 1930's-40's theme and the cake my husband picked this out. He found it and Pam did a WONDERFUL job. Everyone is still talking about my wedding and its been almost two months. I am referring her to everyone I know.

Pam Greenwell did my bridal shower cake, my husband's groom's cake and our wedding cake. All three were different flavors. The bridal shower cake was an amazing chocolate cake that looked like a pot you bake in. Everyone at the shower thought the cake was a real pot. The groom's cake was a carrot cake that looked like a work table with tools scattered on top. It looked just like a work table and the tools looked real. Our wedding cake was an unbelieveable pink champagne cake with strawberry filling. There wasn't any cake left after the wedding reception was over. All our guests were going back for seconds and raved about the cake. I gave her a picture of the wedding cake that I found online, Pam matched the cake PERFECTLY. She was such a delight to work with, and I never worried that her cakes would turn out anything less than spectacular. I will recommend her to everyone, and will use her again to do my baby shower cake. She is worth every penny that we paid. Cathy Cooper.

Our wedding cake was an amazing, beautiful and elegant work of art! Pam was very professional, experienced and really listened to us and made her serive and our wedding cake especially tailored to us and our wedding. Everyone kept telling us how good the cake tasted. It really was so yummy. We look forward to having Pam make more special occassion cakes for us in the future. We had special requests for a birthday cake and dairy-free cake which Pam was understanding about and also handled graciously. We were so happy with our cake and glad to have chosen Pam.

The original person who was making our wedding cake ended up being terrible. Pam came to the rescue last minuet and made the most beautiful cake ever! Yesterday my husband and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary, we took the cake out to eat it and it was just as good as our wedding day. Pam is amazing and the best!! Do not go to anyone else!!!!!!

I just recently had my wedding on 3/21/10. Pam did my cake and it was absolutely beautiful. She came not only to bring the cake but set up a beautiful table that everyone of my guest were admiring. I would recommend her to any bride getting married.

I have known Pam for about 8 years, and always figured that she would make my wedding cake, because I figured that she would be the only one who would know how to make what I wanted. I was correct! When I went to the first consultation at her shop with my fiancee, he and I were looking through the pictures of the cakes that she had done. I had made a comment that I liked the cakes, but what I wanted was icing, not fondant. Pam overheard me mention that to him, and told me that all of the cakes that we were looking at in the album (her largest album) were all icing, and that the fondant cakes were in another album. That amazed me, as most cakes that are iced don't turn out exceptionally smooth, but her iced cakes looked as smooth as fondant. I loved the flavor (chocolate chocolate chip)! I have always known Pam to care about the flavor and looks of her cakes, wanting to give the best product possible to a bride, which is why I went to her to do my wedding cake when that time came around. Our contact was constant, she asked me about the details, looked at the pictures that I had brought for ideas, and was very good at explaining to me how she was going to accomplish what I wanted. She is very thorough, a very pleasant person, and does excellent work. Both me and my husband are very pleased with what we got. I would highly recommend Pam Greenwell to anyone.

Two words: Absolute perfection. The cake was beautiful! Pam is creative and does a wonderful job. She will work with you within your budget, and the final product is absolutely beautiful. As a special touch, we asked Pam to use the design from our wedding china on the cake - and she did! It looked just like the Opal Innocence pattern by Lenox that was purchased as a wedding gift. She did a gorgeous job - everyone thought the cake was lovely, and most of all, they thought it tasted fantastic. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a cake for their special event. Pam is great!!! She was very professional throughout the entire process - even delivered and set up the cake, included a special "honeymoon cake," because you really don't get to eat any of it at your wedding.

Pam did a Nightmare Before Christmas themed wedding cake it was out of this world! I was so impressed. It was the talk of the wedding. Not only did it tast great it was beautiful. She did an amazing job. Definitly use her if you want your wedding cake done right and if you want creativity!

Pam alleviated alot of my stress by working with my other vendors to make my cake perfect. When I saw the cake at my reception, I was amazed by how beautiful it was. Plus, it was delicious!

I would recommend Pam to anyone!! She recently did both our wedding and grooms cakes this past November. The table scape was absolutely stunning! She literally makes the entire table just glow! Our grooms cake was a turkey, and up until we cut into it, all of our guests thought it was fake and just for decoration! The taste was out of this world, and the honeymoon cake was so thoughtful! She goes above and beyond the call of duty!
