Arthur's Catering

Arthur's was the caterer that our venue exclusively deals with and was the only one that we had to book in order to book the venue. There was no need for us to be given the option of choosing another company, Arthur's was perfect! Their staff, food and presentation was five star. Every one of our vendors who have been married in the area were raving about Arthur's when they knew they were doing the food. Our guests are still talking about our wedding food being some of the best they have ever had. Even when we were checking out of our hotel the morning after the wedding, we were getting ready to throw away all of the left over food because we could not travel with it, and the housekeeper said that they would take it especially since it was from Arthur's. The food is incredible and the people you deal with through Arthur's are just as amazing. It was a treat and pleasure to have them as our caterer.

We initially worked with an event designer who had to go on maternity leave and were nervous about having a back-up designer. Elizabeth turned out great! She listened to our concerns, invited us to multiple tastings (including a private one with the chef on a normal day off), and designed the menu around our tastes and budget. The food at the wedding was delightful! It was even better than all of the tastings. I highly recommend the Bananas Foster too; everyone loved the dessert station! Additionally, Elizabeth and a very helpful server named Sue, made sure we always had a drink, that the place settings were perfect, and even chipped in to help move chairs when the rain moved in before the ceremony. And of course, Sue made plates especially for us while we visited tables. Finally, they cut the cake free of charge and sent my husband and me to the hotel with food and cake boxed up (plastic silverware included) for a midnight snack! The staff were professional and friendly at all times. I highly recommend Arthur's Catering for the quality of the food, the service, and the value.

When we decided to have our wedding at Casa Feliz we had to use Arhtur's. At first we were worried, but as it turned out we were using the best around! Arthur's food is delicious and their service was exceptional!

All we can say is WOW! This was by far the best food we have ever tasted!!! Our guests raved about EVERYTHING they served from the appetizers to the mini ice cream cones!! The service was impeccable and our captain, Katie and her team were AMAZING. We would highly recommend them for any occasion, especially for a wedding as they make sure it's a very special day!

We met with three caterers for our wedding. We wanted to do food stations and nontraditional wedding food instead of a typical buffet. At the first caterer, we told them our budget and they said we couldn't do stations and had to do a buffet. At the second, they heard us talk about southern comfort food and proceeded to put together a "typical menu.". At Arthur's, Patty calmly listened to us and proceeded to put together an amazing food station menu, within our budget, featuring an array of fabulous southern inspired foods!! She listened, heard us and made our vision a reality! Actually, Arthur's created a meal and an atmosphere at our reception that exceeded our expectations!! Our guests are STILL raving about the food!!!! Patty took us step by step through the planning process and was patient, calm and diligent in getting everything done. Even at the last minute, when we realized it was going to be 50 degrees outside and we would need heaters, Patty tirelessly hunted down a vendor who had availability! Arthur's truly cares. That's the message that was loud and clear to us. They care about you, your vision, your wedding, your guests and your experience of that most special of days! I knew right away when I was planning my wedding that Arthur's was the best in town. When I started looking and pricing a few options and got my quote back from Arthur's, I couldn't believe how reasonable the prices were in light of their excellent reputation, and compared to other top-tier caterers in the area. I worked with Lori Player, who was very helpful, professional, and responsive to all my inquiries. Lori not only helped me with catering, but with chairs, linens - and even wit suggesting various planning and layout ideas that wound up being extremely useful. I had an excellent experience, and would recommend Arthur's to anyone in the market for a caterer.

We can't say enough great things about Arthur's Catering. Our consultant, Hayli, was amazing. She didn't even flinch when we wanted to switch things around in our reception and make changes. We chose to skip the cocktail hour and head right into our receptions. Instead of appetizers, Hayli suggested a "goodnight kiss" of sliders with sweet potato fries. Our guests loved it! We can't thank her enough for all of her hard work.

All I can say is WOW. I knew I hired the best in town, but still couldn't believe that they were able to give me such a competitive price for the quality of service that we received. Our food was wonderful, we did a food station style and it was great! We had mahi tacos with all of the toppings, a buffet filled with many different options and also a wedge of lettuce & baked potato bar that was the hit of the night. Our appetizers of corn fritters, margarita shrimp and ahi tuna also received rave reviews. The staff was the other wonderful aspect of Arthur's... our event designer, Charlie, our captain,Willie, and every other server was all-smiles and they were so helpful and professional-looking. There was never a dirty cup sitting too long or a platter that was in need of refilling. Arthur's is the best in town for a reason, they deliver top notch service and will WOW your guests!!! :)

The food was AMAZING! Everyone loved it and I'm still getting compliments on the food almost a month later. My parents said their staff were very professional and friendly. As the bride I didn't really interact with them that much the night of but my interactions with the planner were very positive. She helped us create our to die for menu and offered some great suggestions. My only concern was that I had addressed a few things I thought may be issues the day of and was assured they wouldn't be a problem. They were small details but for your big day you want it perfect right? Anyways, the issues I forsaw were in fact problems the night of so just make sure you make your concerns heard and address them firmly. This caterer is the BEST in town and knows it so I think they tend to assume they know what's best.

We had the pleasure of working with Allison with Athur's Catering and she went above and beyond her duties to help make sure the evening of the wedding went as smoothly and effortlessly for us. There food was AMAZING. We were a little concerned at our tasting because the food was not super hot. We voiced this to the staff at the time and there brought us fresh sides to try. At our final meeting of selecting the food we told the manager for Arthur's. They assured us that it would not happen on our day of and they were absolutly right. They were fantastic.

Lori did an amazing job!! The food was so good and everyone at the wedding kept talking about how much they loved our food. She worked an amazing deal for us and the quality and quantity of food was unbelievable. Take my advice, and we did the leg work and research by visiting and tasting with all the other major caterers in Orlando, Arthur's is the best! Look no further!!

Arthur's did a wonderful job with our wedding. Working with them was a breeze; they kept me organized, and even remembered things I forgot. The food was DELICIOUS (which was how they won us over!), and they did a phenomenal job day of. The waitstaff was professional and lovely, the services was great.
