About Cake Art by Pam Greenwell
|
Pam began her cake decorating career in 1988 with basic Wilton classes, followed by studies in advanced American techniques. She has taken specialized classes for the past several years from instructors all over the United States, England, South America, Japan, South Africa and South Wales, who instruct in the more advanced edible art forms of fondant, gumpaste, pastillage and cold porcelain design. She continued her studies in European decorating and design under well-known instructors while on a trip to England in the summer of 2001. She taught the Wilton Method of cake decorating from September of 2000, to November of 2005 including basic through advanced American cake decorating, as well as gumpaste techniques. She has shared her skills privately and at Florida ICES Days of Sharing and chaired the committee for the Gingerbread Village at the local Festival of Trees from 2001 to 2005. Now, she has brought this fine edible form of art to Ocala and the surrounding areas. Cakes are not shipped by air due to their fragile nature, but can be delivered to many counties surrounding Ocala and Marion County, Florida, but will incur an additional delivery charge depending on mileage. Consultations are by appointment only by calling (352) 875-6391. If you have any questions about her cakes or her classes, please contact her below:
